What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

hi i went for a semen fertility exam and these are my results:
sperm concentration 55.00
total sperm count 121.00
sperm viability 082
mobility: rapid progressive .30
sluggish progressive .20
total progressive .50
non-progressive 0.05
total motile 0.55
morphology 0.01
is that good?

Hello

Your findings suggests almost normal semen analysis findings.
Normally sperm motility should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggest overall 55 % motility,so it is towards lower limit.

You may need clinical correlation and routine investigations.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound of scrotum.
You may need anti-oxidants.You should take healthy and nutritious diet.
Avoid alcohol and smoking if you take these things.
Go for exercise regularly.

Other factors like sperm count and morphology are normal.

If infertility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI etc.
